Job Title: Sales Executive

We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new business and achieving the assigned targets through various channels such as branches and the open market. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Rajkot

Salary: CTC - ₹10,300 per month onwards + Incentives

Shift timing : 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Source new business and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Interact with customers to effectively explain product features, terms, and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with customers, branches, dealerships, and stores, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Handle end-to-end loan documentation processes, both pre and post documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Execute activities and events periodically to enhance business efforts and generate more leads.
• Maintain a daily update of leads, track progress, and prepare a Daily Sales Report (DSR).
• Ensure compliance with prescribed guidelines and processes while executing assigned responsibilities.
• Generate cross-sell leads for other products through self-sourcing and referral business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in local languages would be an advantage.
