As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing voice support for market research to our clients. We are a non-governmental company providing software outsourcing services, application processing services, back-office administration, BPO and KPO services.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Night Shift Customer Support Executive:

Shift timing: 8 pm - 5 am (Saturday and Sunday off)

Qualification: 12th/any graduate

Salary: up to 20k

Day Shift Customer Support Executive:

Shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm (Saturday and Sunday off)

Qualification: 12th/any graduate

Salary: 13k-15k

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
