Job Description:

We are seeking a Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be 12th pass or a graduate, presentable, and able to perform various administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. This position is based in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Managing data entry and maintaining databases.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Assisting with general office duties as needed.
• Coordinating with other departments as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
