Job Description:

We are a 4-year-old company specializing in Medical Billing, and we are currently looking for experienced AR Callers to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable and making calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers to follow up on unpaid claims.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in AR Calling (Medical Billing) is mandatory.

Proficient in handling US Shift timings (8-9 am to 5-6 pm).

Graduation in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

Make calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers for claim follow-up.

Resolve billing issues and denials to ensure timely payment of claims.

Maintain accurate records of all communication with insurance companies and providers.

Salary: Up to INR 40,000 per month (salary will be commensurate with experience and skills)

Working Hours:

US Shift timings (8-9 am to 5-6 pm)

Saturdays and Sundays off
