JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Pre / Joining Formalities includes documentation exercise, file management, pre joining formalities as per SOPs, Drafting & Issuing appointment letter.
o Support Exit Management activities
o Statutory Compliances – Role will be responsible for sharing data for stat related compliance with consultant, custodian for timelines and compliance within stipulated timeframes.
o Attendance & Leave Management-Collection of monthly attendance from units, Sales Offices, RSO’S and Corporate Employees. Maintaining the consolidated attendance. Preparing LWP Sheet. Initiative the base work for Payroll in regard to FNF of exit Employee.
o Admin Support
o Employee Reimbursement– Maintain Record on Excel & Update on SAP get the bills approved Management – tracking, vetting and getting invoices processed within timelines.
o Vendor Management – Will be the SPOC from the team for Vendor Management, custodian for record keeping and invoice management.
o HRMIS & Analytics : support the team manager with chainwide analysis. Will be responsible for chainwide collation of HR Data, follow ups with units and validate data for correctness before compilation.
BEHAVIOUR SKILLS : Team player, learning agility to be High- as the profile involves lot of manual efforts.
EDUCATION : Graduate - Mandate , MBA/PGDM HR Specialization desirable
COMPUTER LITERACY : Expert Level with good knowledge of MS Excel- Intermediate level
