  • To process and manage bookings
  • To process booking payments
  • To monitor guest activity from checkin to checkout
  • Provide assistance to the guests over calls
  • Respond to guest complaints

Required Qualification

- Previous Call Center Experience / Customer Service is required.

- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication

- Computer Literate

- Good with Multi-tasking 

- Good Comprehension skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work on own initiative
