Position Overview:

This ideal candidate is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end operational activities related to digital out-of-home advertising screens, media assets, campaign execution, field operations, technical maintenance, vendor coordination, and client delivery.

This role ensures maximum uptime of digital assets, smooth campaign execution, operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability while maintaining high service standards across multiple locations and advertising networks.

Working closely with Sales, Technology, Media, Finance, and Client Servicing teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

1.      Operational Management

  • Plan and execute an effective media plan / portfolio along with sales and strategy team. 
  • Put effective operations processes including planning for cost sheets and identification of vendors. 
  • End to end project execution.
  • Oversee daily operations & smooth functioning of DOOH media assets and networks
  • Manage multi-city/site operations.

2.  Campaign Execution & Delivery

  Plan and execute an effective media plan / portfolio along with sales and strategy team

3.       Team Leadership

  • Lead operations, field technicians, and support teams
  • Define KPIs and performance standards

4.      Client & Vendor Co-ordination

·      Identification, evaluation and closure of vendors for execution of projects work 

  • Manage relationships with: Clients, Agencies, Site owners, Technology vendors, Maintenance agencies, Government/local authorities
  • Negotiate service agreements and operational contracts

5. Compliance & Safety

·      Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards

  • Monitor documentation and statutory requirements

6. Budget & Cost Control

  • Manage operational budgets
  • Improve ROI on media assets

7. Process Improvement

  • Develop SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Implement automation and monitoring systems.
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering, Operations Management, Electronics, IT, Business Administration
  • MBA/Operations specialization could be added advantage.
  • 12 + years in operations management from below industry.
  • Experience in: DOOH / Media /Telecom /Digital signage /Advertising technology/ Retail/ Logistics/Facilities Mgmt.
