Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Middle School English Teacher to handle Grades 6, 7, and 8. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, expertise in grammar, literature, creative writing, and spoken English, and the ability to engage middle school students with innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language & Literature for Grades 6, 7, and 8 as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Foster critical thinking, comprehension, and analytical skills through literature discussions and activities.
• Encourage creative writing and spoken English through debates, public speaking, storytelling, and essay writing.
• Use technology-driven teaching methods to make learning interactive and effective.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.
• Maintain classroom discipline and an encouraging learning environment that promotes student participation.
• Organize literary activities, reading clubs, essay competitions, and school events related to English.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to enhance the English language program.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.A./M.A. in English with B.Ed.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of teaching English at the middle school level (CBSE experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
