A dedicated team of designers develops the product designs, mold designs, jigs, fixtures, inspection gauges etc using the latest 3D CAD and CAE Technologies. For our products to come to reality they undergo various precision manufacturing processes from CNC Machining, Sheet Metal bending, Injection Molding, Metal injection, Painting, Barrel drilling, heat treatments, various finishing, different types of chemical plating, welding, laser marking etc. which are then finally assembled, quality tested and then passed for packing.

Qualification - BE / B Tech - Mechanical

Experience - 1 Years

Responsibility:-

• Planning Design & Drafting activities.
• Working in coordination with R&D Team to develop and achieve New Product Development Plans
• Assign and Control activities of Juniors
• (Under Guidance) Develop conceptual 3d Models / 2D models for New Products
• (Under Guidance) Develop conceptual design for Jigs,Fixtures and Custom Gauges
• Making Detail drawings for New Products
• Making Process Drawings for Components
• Make Exploded views
• Archival and Management of Design Data
• Control Design Drawing distribution
• Control and Analyse Design Modification and Request Notes
• Item Code Creation required for ERP
• Data Management of Items and BOM in ERP software 
• Activities involving Drafting / Drawings for Other Departments. 
• Regular 5S and Kaizen 

Competencies

• Skilled in Solidworks Software (Certification Preferred)
• Skilled in 2D Cad Software like AutoCAD / ZWCad
• Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerances
• Basic Knowledge of Materials and Heat Treatment Processes
• Knowledge of Mechanical Component design
• Experienced in usage of Machinery Handbooks and Product Catalogs
• Professional Level usage of Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
• Good Analytical skills
• Good Communication skills
• Good Business Writing skills
