  1. Import & Local
  2. Purchase Order preparation & tracking
  3. preparation of documents for Dual-use NOC application & tracking with CDSCO
  4. Import shipment tracking & follow-up
  5. Co-ordination with CHA & Forwarders for timely release of import cargo arriving from sea & airCoordinationtion with transporters for timely loading, tracking & delivery of LCL cargos
  6. Maintaining complete online & filing of all records pertaining to procedure & documentation for import cargo. Coordination with the Warehouse team for inward stock & inventory tracking
  7. Co-ordination with accounts team for Import duty payments, CHA, Forwarder & shipping company bill checks & payments

 

  1. Export
  2. Preparation of complete set of pre & post shipment documentation
  3. CO-ordination with CHA & Forwarders for timely dispatch of export cargo by road, sea & air
  4. Maintaining complete online & filing of all records pertaining to procedure & documentation  

 

  1. Sampling
  2. Check & report any inward sample arrival
  3. Arrange dispatches and documentation for outward samples 
  4. Keep systematic records of inward & outward samples in prescribed format without delays & ensure accuracy
