ACTUARIAL GROUP PRICING

❖ 2-4 years of work experience in the Actuarial team (Group pricing preferably) of a life insurance company.

• ❖ Good KnowlManaging the day-to-day operations of an actuarial department, including supervising staff members and providing guidance to other managers
• Reviewing existing policies and procedures to determine if they are still applicable to current circumstances
• Preparing estimates of future costs associated with pension plans or other forms of insurance coverage, such as health care plans or property insurance policies
• Reviewing and analyzing data to calculate premiums, policy payouts, and other financial metrics
• Performing research into new trends in the insurance industry to identify areas where new products may be needed
• Managing the department’s human resources, including hiring new employees and training existing staff members
• Communicating regularly with clients to ensure that they understand their policies and coverage
• Researching new methods for calculating risk and pricing insurance policies to ensure they meet industry standards
• Developing new policies, products, and procedures to meet customer needs while minimizing risk exposure
