SHIFT TIMING: 9 AM TO 6 PM or 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 to 2 Years as a Recruiter for Bpo/ Bulk Hiring for Telecalers 

SALARY: 18k to 23k upto

NO. OF POSITION – 10

WORKING -6 DAYS

JOB LOCATION -Azad pur & Hari Nagar , New Delhi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Designing and updating job descriptions.

 End to End Recruitment.

 Vendor Management.

 Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels(Example-Linkedin, Naukri, Monster etc). 

 Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

 Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

 Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

 Experience with sourcing techniques.

 Understanding of referral programs.

Skills:-

 Solid verbal and written communication skills.

 Minimum qualification graduate in any field.

 Excellent time management skills

 Must be Presentable.
