Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level professional for the role of Stores located in Bangalore Rural. This is a Full-Time position requiring effective management of store operations and inventory control. The role involves working in coordination with supply chain processes and vendor management to drive efficiency and organization within the stores.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in supply chain management for ensuring seamless operations and flow of goods (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in vendor management to maintain strong relationships and negotiate terms effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with inventory management software to monitor and control stock levels efficiently.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning to streamline the tracking and movement of inventory within the store.
• Understanding of point of sale systems to assist with transactions and customer interactions when necessary.
• Competency in ERP systems for integration of data across different store functionalities and processes.
• Capability in data entry to maintain accurate and updated records of stock, transactions, and reports.
• Experience with warehouse management systems to ensure optimal layout, stocking practices, and retrieval methods.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning, including receiving and stocking inventory.
• Implement efficient inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and stock movements by utilizing inventory management software.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify stock against records, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
• Facilitate effective communication between the store, suppliers, and management to align with organizational goals.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to organize the storage layout and improve picking, packing, and dispatch efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and corporate regulations to maintain an organized and hazard-free store environment.
