Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Shri Consultancy Services. This is a full-time position suitable for a junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role will be based in one of the following locations: Bhopal, Nashik, Aurangabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Lucknow, or Agra. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in lead generation and customer relationship building, essential for driving our business forward.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in sales or a related field, demonstrating the ability to drive sales growth and meet targets effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data efficiently and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals and maintain profitability.
  • Strong account management abilities to sustain long-term relationships and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Experience with data analysis for informed decision-making and strategic sales planning.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform to streamline sales processes and operations effectively.
  • Digital marketing skills to leverage online strategies for lead generation and brand growth.
  • Must have skills: Lead Generation (Mandatory skill), Customer Relationship Building (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various strategies, including networking and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the management, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM software to record and analyze sales data for reporting and future planning.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team regularly.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
