Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Rural. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards, demonstrated through certifications or practical experience (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Statistical Process Control to effectively monitor and control production processes to enhance quality (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiencies (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in implementing Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and elevate business performance.
• Ability to conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify potential failures in processes or products.
• Skilled in Root Cause Analysis to identify, understand, and solve quality issues efficiently.
• Proficient in Gage R&R to assess the precision of measurement systems and reduce variability.
• Experience using Minitab for statistical analysis to enhance process and product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management and improvement processes to ensure ISO compliance and continuous enhancement.
• Utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and address issues affecting product quality and process efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations, reduce waste, and drive profitability.
• Conduct extensive failure mode and effects analysis to preemptively address potential failure in processes.
• Perform thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address deviations or defects.
• Implement and maintain Six Sigma initiatives to minimize variation and improve process output consistency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrity and reliability of data through Gage R&R studies.
• Provide leadership in advancing continuous improvement and quality assurance projects across the organization.
