Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Shri Consultancy Services. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in project management. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, installation, ELV system, intrusion system, gate barriers, and access control system
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project objectives are met
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any changes
• Lead project meetings and provide guidance to project team members
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
• Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management
