Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Production Chemist to join our team on a full-time basis in Vijayawada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various chemical production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high-quality production output. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for chemistry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) for the analysis and quality control of chemical products (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in using Spectroscopy Techniques to analyze chemical substances and compounds (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in operating Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to manage and document laboratory data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
• Understanding of Chemical Safety Compliance to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Quality Control Procedures to assess product standards and maintain consistency in production.
• Ability to manage Batch Production Records effectively, ensuring accurate and detailed recording of production processes.
• Competency in Troubleshooting Production Equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure high quality and efficiency in output.
• Utilize HPLC and Spectroscopy Techniques for comprehensive analysis and validation of chemical products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and industry regulations to maintain high standards in production.
• Maintain detailed records of production batches and quality control assessments using LIMS.
• Analyze QC data to identify variances and suggest necessary process adjustments.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement Best Practice policies.
• Provide technical support and training to junior colleagues and production staff.
• Identify and resolve production equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
