Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level New Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Rural. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in innovative product development and engineering design, contributing to the growth and competitive edge of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory for this role as it is crucial for design and simulation tasks. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in using project management tools to successfully manage timelines and resources. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive knowledge of CAD/CAM software to handle complex design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential failures in product design.
• Skill in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate and ensure product durability and performance.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping to bring design concepts to tangible reality efficiently.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology for iterative project development while accommodating evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology for rapid creation of physical models from digital designs.
