We are seeking an experienced Finance & Compliance Manager to oversee all financial matters, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage stock efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, proficiency in banking operations, and expertise in Tally Prime, Excel, and other office tools. This role is open only to married candidates who can handle financial responsibilities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and expense tracking.

* Ensure regulatory compliance with financial, tax, and legal requirements.

* Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate records and inventory control.

* Handle banking operations, including reconciliations, fund transfers, and payments.

* Maintain financial records in Tally Prime and generate necessary reports.

* Work on Excel, handling financial analysis, data management, and reporting.

* Draft and manage emails, official communications, and documentation in MS Word.

* Ensure smooth financial audits and internal controls.
