Role Description:

• Financial Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements regularly.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Record and monitor all bank transactions.
• Expense Management:
• Review and verify expense reports submitted by employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and expense forecasting activities.
• Assist in Audits and Compliance:
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
• Financial Analysis:
• Assist in analysing financial data and generating reports for management.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and variances in financial documents.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
• Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities to enhance skills.
