we are hiring Creative Manager !!

Role & Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction:

• Lead the conceptualization of event themes, styles, and experiences.

• Develop unique, innovative event designs that align with client needs and brand identity.

• Guide the design team from concept to execution, ensuring all elements remain cohesive.

2. Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a creative event design plan.

• Present design ideas, mood boards, and visual concepts to clients and stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership:

• Mentor and manage a team of designers, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.

• Provide clear guidance, feedback, and motivation to the design team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

4. Trend Analysis and Innovation:

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies in event design.

• Incorporate cutting-edge techniques and design trends to set the brand apart.

5. Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with vendors for design elements like lighting, furniture, florals, and custom installations.

• Oversee the production of design elements, ensuring they match the intended concept and quality.

6. Budget Management:

• Create and manage budgets for event design, balancing creativity with cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure all design projects stay within budget without compromising on quality or creativity.

7. On-Site Supervision:

• Oversee event setup, ensuring the final execution aligns with the approved designs.

• Handle last-minute design adjustments and problem-solving during event setups.

8. Quality Control:

• Ensure all design elements meet the brand’s high standards of quality, creativity, and precision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus

• Proven experience in event design, with at least 5-7 years in a creative leadership role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and diverse event designs.

• Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies in event design.
