Skills, Qualifications and Experience: 

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant coursework 

2. 810 years of experience in software development working with programming languages, database 

technologies and operations. 

3. Advanced skills in PHP 8, MySQL, and related web technology. Experience with Docker and Symfony 

preferred. 

4. Experience with Git for version control. 

5. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application 

6. Able to contribute to a. Automation b. Causal analysis c. Develop shared/common solutions. 

7. Excellent personal initiative, problem solving, and team collaboration 

Highly Desirable: 

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant coursework 

2. Experience in managing design and development projects 

   -Defining usability objectives based on business objectives 

   -Ability to Identify milestones and goals in the development process 

   -Experience creating User Personas, User Stories, and User Flows, and information architecture. 

3. Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon AWS is a plus. 

4. Experience working with international/cross-cultural teams is highly valued. 

5. Front-end experience with Javascript, Bootstrap, and Webpack. Additional experience with HTML5, 

JQuery, AngularJS, and CSS3 a plus. 

6. Experience with Symfony / Symfony 6 PHP framework preferred.  

7. Experience with ElasticSearch and Docker preferred. 

8. E-Commerce, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles 

experience a plus.
