Job Description Role and Responsibilities
Presales:
• Work with the sales team to understand the requirements of potential customers
• Liaise with the product team to create live Demos as per prospects' business requirements.
• Conduct a Successful demo of proposed solutions
Post Sales:
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with the client
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and all other requirements.
• Create a detailed Functional Solution Document
• Get FSD signed off by internal stakeholders as well as the client.
• Setup weekly WIP meetings with client and development team to share progress
Others:
• Work with sales team to standardize service offerings
• Analyze internal processes to identify optimization opportunities
Preferred Skills
Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities. Interpersonal and consultative skills. Oral and written communication proficiency. Must have SAAS Knowledge (Preferred Zoho)
