Conduct Periodical assessment as per the quality assurance checklists & standards.

Take daily hospital rounds and monitor the functioning of various clinical and non-clinical departments.

Identification of gaps, develop action plan in coordination with departmental HODs and monitor compliance.

Facilitate gap closure activities and take corrective and preventive actions.

Facilitate to conduct all Committee meetings. Ensure preparation of agenda notes, action taken report & minutes of meetings.

  Ensure all mandatory quality indicators maintained accurately as per the standards.

Ensuring that hospital follows all SOPs, licenses & meets all regulatory compliance.

Actively work in accreditation process.

  Maintain Quality Budget process.
