Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries from different sources such as chats, calls, and emails.
- Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers
- Devising new plans to attract new customers or old customers to make a transaction.
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Freshers/1 experience can apply
- We are looking for candidates who are located in Bangalore.
- Preferred mostly male candidates
Location: Indian Shoppre Pvt Ltd,,#218/190, Outer Ring Road, Agara, Sector 1, H.S.R. Layout, Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka, India
Working hours: 2 Shifts ( 8 AM - 5 PM and 2 PM to 11 PM ). Rotational week-off
