Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.
- Proficient in Service Level Agreement Management to effectively manage service contracts and deliverables with clients and partners.
- Strong Incident Management skills to efficiently handle and resolve service disruption and maintain operational stability.
- Excellent Problem Solving skills, demonstrating the ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions swiftly and effectively.
- Experience with Vendor Management, including negotiating contracts, overseeing supplier performance, and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies to foster a flexible and efficient service management environment.
- Automobile (Mandatory skill) expertise to understand vehicle mechanics, maintenance, and service requirements thoroughly.
- Automotive (Mandatory skill) familiarity to navigate industry-specific challenges and advancements effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient and effective vehicle maintenance and repair services are provided to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their experiences meet high standards of satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service policies and initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage service staff, providing training and support to ensure team objectives are met and maintained at high standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor service levels and report on service metrics to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve complex service issues and complaints with prompt and decisive actions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
