Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Agency Development Manager to join our team. As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of experience in a from sales background is eligible .
• Most preferably from agency channel insurance background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of insurance products and industry
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Excellent leadership and team management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
• Provide guidance and support to agents on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor and assess the performance of agents on a regular basis
• Identify and recruit new agents to expand the team
• Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and sales results
