Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and facilitate classroom discussions following the institute’s academic guidelines.
• Develop and update course content, materials, and methods for effective delivery of educational programs.
• Engage actively with students, addressing their academic needs and mentoring them for career development.
• Maintain records of students’ academic progress and contribute to evaluations and assessments.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the decision-making process for curriculum enhancement.
• Coordinate with colleagues to organize departmental activities that enhance students’ educational experience.
• Contribute to research initiatives of the institute and actively participate in academic publishing.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the department head or the institute's management.
