Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Tool Setter / Press Operator
• Experience with punch press machines, CNC machines, grinders, and calipers
• Strong knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prioritization and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tools and equipment including punch press machines and CNC machines
• Monitor production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
