1. Researching and identifying potential customers
2. Contacting potential leads via networking and cold calling
3. Presenting company’s products and services to existing and new customers
4. Explaining product benefits to the customers and advising them on their purchasing decisions
5. Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
6. Addressing any customer queries, complaints, and requests
7. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors and processing purchase orders to the concerned department
8. Gathering customer feedback and directing any of their concerns to the management
9. Maintaining and updating detailed customer details
10. Coordinating with the Account Representative to develop customer accounts
11. Negotiating sales contract terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors
12. Proven work experience at least 6 months as an Independent Sales Representative.
13. Knowledge of IT technology is preferred.
14. Holding a valid driver’s license.
15. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
16. Good time management and organizational skills.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
19. Ability to work in a competitive environment and manage deadlines.
20. Having an eye for detail.
