Hi Please find enclosed JD for AP procurement Designation: Accounts Payable- Analyst/ Sr AnalystRoles &amp; Responsibilities:Selected candidate will be working closely with US Accounting team on various activities-1) Inputting purchase request details as Purchase Orders (POs) in Netsuite2) Placing online orders using IonQ's purchasing card or via an online portal3) Sending completed orders and POs to suppliers4) Following up with suppliers to obtain order confirmations and expected delivery dates5) Proactively following up with suppliers to check in on delivery dates, ensure that items have shipped as expected,and receive tracking numbers6) Resolve discrepancies between inventory and procurement following order receipt7) Maintaining files with credit card receipts and order confirmations8) Respond to all inquiries9) Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and acceptedaccounting practices10) Assist with other projects as neededRequirement:1) 6 months - 2 year experience in procurement2) Ability to analyze the issue and resolve them3) Must be well organized and a self-starter4) Must be able to follow standard filing procedures5) Professional attitude, reliable, pays close attention to details6) Proficient in Excel and Word7) Possess strong organizational and time management skills8) Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multitasking skills9) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing10) Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner11) Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis onaccuracy, timeliness, and attention to details12) Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction,multiplication and division13) Attention to detail is important to us.1
