Responsible for&nbsp;all Secondary sales&nbsp;Related activities of Sales staff on PAN INDIA basis.2.&nbsp;FIELD ASSIST - SALES AUTOMATION Activity: Companys B2B sales Related activity Management.<ul><li>Field Force attendance through FA app on Daily basis across states for Managers / Executives / TSI.</li><li>Field ASSIST Implementation with timely Digital DSR generation across all levels of the sales staff.</li><li>Distributor Management System&nbsp;with addition &amp; inactive Updation on routine basis.</li><li>Retail Coverage Plans: Beat / Retailers grouping under Distributors &amp; Tracking Secondary order bookings by SKU / Product Segment / Category, on Routine basis.</li><li>Filed Force -STAFF attendance simulation&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;submission to HR Department.</li><li>Routine follow up with Field staff on resolving issues if any, encountered by FA APP user.</li></ul>3. Monthly MIS generation from TALLY for preparing Marketing department review reports.4.&nbsp;Field Force expenses&nbsp;checking in line with&nbsp;Digital DSR through FA&nbsp;app &amp; In line with TA /DA structured approved by Management.

1. Manage the Team and effectively get the accounts updated realtime2. Statutory compliances as applicable to the company like - GST, TDS, ESI,PF,PT, Import and Export and&nbsp;other returns&nbsp;3. Coordinate with External professionals like Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditors, GST Consultant4. Preparing and timely submission of draft financials to Auditor4. Coordination and timely submission of details to Bank5. Uploading of payments online6. Any other work as assigned by Management RequirementA Semi Qualified CA with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Manufacturing sector FMCG&nbsp;or Qualified CA with minimum 5 years of Experience in Manufacturing sector FMCG or Accounts manager in any FMCG company with more than 10 years of Manufacturing sector ExperienceProficient in Tally and Microsoft ExcelCreative and problem solverGood communication skill to train the team and handle Auditors, Bankers and Tax DepartmentReady to join within 1 month to 45 days

- Monitor production to resolve issues- Allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly-Supervise &amp; evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)<ul><li>Understands schedules, products, materials, product quality requirements, to manage lines performance and KPIs within labor and operating expenses budget.</li><li>Maintains and updates processes documentation through the company systems.</li><li>Responsible for Safety Incident documentation and investigation and accountable for reducing safety risks in area through proactively identifying risks (behavior and facility issues) and ensuring quick resolution.</li><li>Responsible for following safety/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager.</li></ul>

Retailer involvement in the company activities.</li><li>Set Store targets and ensure their achievement.
