Strong experience handling escalation situations esp

Bachelors Degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience is required

Should have a minimum of 2 -3 years of system administration/implementation experience in Citrix (5.0 and 6.5) and Windows technologies with 24*7 operational experience

Minimal travel anticipated for this position

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent education

Thorough understanding of Server Security (Windows Firewall)
