Job Title: Operations Supervisor 

Location: Hisar, Haryana 

Department: Operations 

Job Summary: 

Oversees maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utility management, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance & Equipment – Coordinate servicing, track repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance. 
• Cleanliness & Facility – Supervise cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and waste management. 
• Electrical & Utilities – Maintain records of power usage, fuel logs, generator upkeep, and solar efficiency from the relevant team 
• Security & Access – Oversee gatekeeper logs, ID issuance, visitor entries, and fire safety compliance. 

Reporting & Compliance – Maintain documentation, generate reports, and ensure safety adherence. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 
• Experience: 5+ years in operations, maintenance, or facility supervision 
• Skills: Strong coordination, reporting, problem-solving, and time management. 
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and online productivity suites
