Job Description- We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to manage and secure our company’s IT infrastructure and assets across multiple locations, while also preparing for future scalability and security. Infrastructure & Networking Design, lay, and manage structured LAN/WAN networks across locations. Set up and maintain multi-location IT connectivity using VPNs or point-to-point links. Configure internet failover, load balancing, and manage enterprise-grade Wi-Fi access points. Security Systems & Surveillance Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including remote access and storage. Deploy and manage firewalls to ensure network security and control unauthorized access. Support access control systems (biometric, RFID) in coordination with facility/security teams. Device & User Management Set up and manage Active Directory for user authentication and policy enforcement. Implement and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) for laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Maintain an updated IT asset inventory, track device assignments, and handle repairs. System Security & Updates Ensure patch management for all devices to keep systems updated and secure. Help implement and manage endpoint protection/antivirus software across all systems. Plan and support backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data. Documentation & Automation Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, IP schemes, firewall rules, and SOPs. Identify repetitive IT tasks and implement automation (e.g., onboarding, patching, backups). Employee Support & Training Provide prompt IT support to employees across departments and locations. Conduct regular training sessions on IT best practices, cybersecurity, and software usage.
