Follow up from the Fabric department for inhouse of fabric

Follow up with cutting department for in time cutting and proper cutting

Check with Trims for the in house in time and check the quality of the trims

Take a OB from IE and study the time study

Setting up the line before production

Attending the Pre production meetings

Line Balance in the morning hours

Understanding the daily targets and hit the target without any deviation

Multiskilling the operators

Encourage the operators to produce more and encourage for incentive scheme.
