Looking for dynamic and growth oriented professional for Tender Executive for daily tender activities.

Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions. Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.

Should have the knowledge of participation in all PSU / e-procurement websites and should have knowledge of vendor registrations as well.

Must Possess Knowledge of E-Tendering with various Government Department, and well versed with the use of GEM website and tender portals.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Desired skills and experience
• Graduate in any stream.
• Maximum 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Should possess experience in Bid management/ tender management; bid preparation, proposal writing.
• Should be able to understand the technical and commercial terminologies.
• Online Tenders, e-bidding, IndiaMart, GeM experience is must.
• Knowledge of Bid Preparation, Hands on preparing Quotation , Offers, Proposals.
• Female candidates only.
• Full time office job.
• Working Hours - 09:30am to 6:00 pm weekly off Sunday.
