Job description

•        Perform routine maintenance activities on solar panels, inverters, trackers, and other system components to ensure optimal performance.

•        Updating on the tickets raised by customers, internal or performance analyst and closing before due date along with adhering to the best practice of trouble shooting.

•        Respond promptly to breakdowns or system failures, diagnose issues, and implement appropriate solutions to minimize downtime.

•        Conduct preventive maintenance inspections according to scheduled intervals to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

•        Troubleshoot technical problems on-site, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently.

•        Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations during all maintenance activities, maintaining a safe working environment.

•        Attend site issues as per the performance tickets raised by the analyst and imbibe more scope of generation wimprovement.

•        Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

•        Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and any issues encountered.

•        Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding maintenance activities, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

•        Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleaning vendor’s work quality, equipment condition, cleanliness, and overall performance, addressing any deficiencies as needed.

•        Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for spare parts procurement, warranty claims, and technical support as required.

•        Be available for emergency response and standby duty as needed, ensuring prompt resolution of critical issues.

•         Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and operations staff, to achieve site maintenance objectives and overall operational efficiencyO&M Site engineer
