We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer with an interest in marketing and sales to join our team. This job is ideal for MBA marketing freshers who want hands-on experience in customer communication, lead generation, and building marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Tele calling Activities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products/services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Customer Engagement:

• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with potential clients.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update the database of leads and customer interactions.
• Record feedback and report customer queries to the relevant teams.

Market Research:

• Assist the marketing team in gathering insights about target markets.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to suggest improvements

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Provide insights from customer interactions for marketing strategies.

Who Can Apply:

• MBA freshers specializing in Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
