Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java & Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, Angular (version 9+), Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. In addition to development responsibilities, the role requires strong leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and ensure project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate) for data management.
• Build Microservices-based applications and ensure system scalability.
• Analyze existing applications and implement improvements for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA testers, and project managers.
• Contribute to project planning, task estimation, and risk management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Java, Angular, and software development.
• Ensure adherence to Agile development practices and company development standards.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Angular 9 or above.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and design principles.
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and mentor junior developers.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of application security best practices and performance tuning.
