The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role at a crucial moment in our company's growth. You will be the technical lead responsible for redeveloping our flagship product, setindiabiz.com. We are moving away from our current architecture to build a modern, scalable, and incredibly fast website using a Headless WordPress and Next.js stack.

Your work will directly impact thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses. In addition to rebuilding our main site, you will also architect and develop a comprehensive customer portal. This portal will provide our clients with a unified dashboard to access their documents, track application statuses, and view invoices by integrating data from Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Redevelopment of setindiabiz.com (Next.js & Headless WordPress):
• Lead the architecture and development of the new setindiabiz.com website using Next.js for the frontend.
• Collaborate with our marketing and legal teams to migrate our extensive library of content (3,000+ pages, 10,000+ blogs) to a new Headless WordPress backend.
• Implement a performance-first strategy, aiming for perfect Core Web Vitals scores to ensure the best possible user experience and SEO rankings.
• Build reusable components and maintain a clean, scalable codebase for our high-traffic site.
• Customer Portal Development (Zoho & Tally Integration):
• Design and build a secure, client-facing portal from the ground up.
• Integrate with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk APIs to provide clients with real-time access to their service status, support tickets, and case history.
• Develop a reliable system to fetch and display customer invoice data from Tally Prime.
• Implement robust user authentication and authorization to safeguard sensitive client data.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 3-5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Expertise in Next.js and the React ecosystem.
• Proven experience building websites with a Headless CMS (WordPress with WPGraphQL or REST API is highly preferred).
• Strong, demonstrable experience with third-party API integration (REST, GraphQL). You should be comfortable reading API documentation and implementing complex data flows.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with modern authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.
• A portfolio of live websites that you have built.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Direct experience with the Zoho API ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk).
• Prior experience integrating with Tally Prime data (e.g., via ODBC, Tally's API, or third-party integration platforms).
• Familiarity with Node.js/Express for creating a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) or custom middleware.
• Knowledge of modern hosting and deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
