ATM down issues </li><li>Coordination through calls with field teams, Client Help desk / service engineers </li><li>Ensure timely dispatch &amp; follow ups along with updating remarks on internal / Client ticketing system </li><li>Drive Field Custodians &amp; internal teams to achieve resolution targets to minimize downtime of ATMs (machines). Job Position: Accounts Executive 	 	 Salary: Rs. 14000 to Rs. 16000 per month 	 	 Job Description:  	 	  	 	 1)  Invoice Generation: Create and prepare invoices for the ATM Service in the Zoho application 	 	 2)  Billing Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of billing information, including ATM ID details, service 	 	 rendered by Servolution to its clients. 	 	 details, Count of ATMs, and rates. 	 	 3)  Client Communication: Interact with clients to address any billing-related inquiries, resolve 	 	 discrepancies, and provide clarification on invoices. 	 	 4)  Annexure File: Manage the processing of monthly Annexure file of No of ATMs sent to the 	 	 client for approvals for billing. 	 	 5)  Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, Approvals from 	 	 Clients and Maintain up-to-date approval file. 	 	 6)  Credit Note Generating: Create and Prepare Credit Notes in the Zoho application as per the 	 	 client’s requirements.  	 	 7)  Billing Monthly File: Maintain Billing File monthly of all client services wise with Invoice No 	 	 and up-to-date records of stop service and all. 	 	 8)  GST File: Maintain GST Monthly File with GSTIN No of different Client. 	 9)  Invoice and approval and AR Sheet: Daily Up-to-date record of these 2 files. 	 	 Qualification: Graduate 	 	 Desired Profile:  	 	 1)  Effective verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal reporting. 	 2)  Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 	 3)  Familiarity with billing software, spreadsheets, and financial tools, and advanced Excel 	 	 4)  Aptitude for identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
