Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with Construction Experience to join our dynamic team at Sepcon Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time role that focuses on managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering and be well-versed in various industry skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing construction projects is essential (Mandatory skill).
• Strong project management skills to effectively manage and execute construction projects from inception to completion (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in site management to supervise construction activities and maintain quality standards.
• Experience in construction estimating for efficient budgeting and financial planning of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise construction projects ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to identify project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to create detailed design layouts and construction blueprints.
