We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years in sales, specifically in the luxury retail sector. The role will be based in Mumbai, covering areas such as Mumbai Suburban, Andheri, and Borivali. The ideal candidate will have expertise in luxury sales and upselling, along with the ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in luxury sales, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work in the industry.
  • Strong ability in upselling products, focusing on enhancing customer purchase decisions (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting organizational goals.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert potential customers into satisfied clients through effective communication.
  • Solid understanding of customer preferences, particularly in the luxury goods sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
  • Upsell additional products and services through effective needs-based sales techniques.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, ongoing promotions, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Report sales activities and customer feedback to store management for further improvements.
