Job Overview

We are seeking an immediate joiner for the role of Sales Executive at our Andheri location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and be passionate about delivering exceptional service in the retail luxury goods and jewelry industry. This role demands strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a sales executive role within the retail luxury goods or jewelry industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) is required to manage client information and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in lead generation to identify and manage prospective clients and convert them into active customers.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to track and optimize sales performance and customer interaction strategies.
  • Proven proficiency in customer relationship management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent cold calling skills to proactively reach new clients and expand the customer base efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of sales operations to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and provide expert advice on jewelry products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer data and interactions to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth for the store location.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements to maximize profit margins and meet company standards.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our brand and offerings.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for performance improvement and strategic planning.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by collaborating with various internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
