QA Lead JD:
The QA Lead is responsible for the planning, execution, and documentation of all Automation and Manual QA activities related to client CRM implementations adhering to the agile methodology for salesforce implementations. Must have hands-on experience with Test Automation & Test management tools to perform various types of testing to meet the needs of the projects. Communicate effectively with business and project stakeholders at various levels to communicate Project test status and collaborate with various technical roles for effective test planning and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build, lead and deliver test plan, strategy, and hands-on testing in Salesforce and Salesforce managed packages
• Need to develop standard methodologies for the QA process to ensure zero defects in production.
• Participate in the user story creation process through the dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
• In-depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
• Work with different technical teams such as Development, Operations, & Architecture to discuss test results (both functional and performance) and troubleshoot issues
Experience and Skills: SALESFORCE & SELENIUM MANDATE
• 6+ years in Quality Assurance experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce; Marketing, Service,, or Community Cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of Hands Experience in SFDC QA automation. (any tool)
• Ability to identify appropriate test cases for automation and implement test automation in QA automation tools like Selenium / Provar/ Cucumber Frameworks and others.
• Experience in testing apex/triggers/process builder flows/approvals/workflows/visual force and lightning components on the salesforce platform
• Ability to analyze defects and provide root-cause analysis.
• Experience in the Creation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test Cases,, and Test Data
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology & Software Testing Lifecycle including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases (Manual) and Defect Reports.
• Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction
• Should be well equipped with any Defect Management tool like ALM or JIRA or Azure
