Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Semis Foods Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our millet-based packaged foods. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Qualifications and Skills <ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience in sales</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales software</li><li>Ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Familiarity with the sales process and negotiation techniques</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Customer relationship management (CRM) experience is a plus</li></ul> Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Identify and target potential customers to generate new sales opportunities</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals with customers</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and pipelines</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities</li><li>Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and market trends</li></ul>
