About Job Profile:

The Head of Marketing will plan and execute the full marketing and brand strategy. You will lead all customer growth and retention, driving revenue and satisfaction metrics.

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll define brand positioning, and lead all demand generation and revenue growth, balancing a hands-on and strategic approach.


  • Deliver D2C growth, fully owning, implementing, and delivering a full marketing strategy
  • Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way 
  • Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions
  • Lead media efforts across both brand and performance campaigns and identify efficiencies between the two
  • Build and manage a top-tier marketing team, likely 4-6 people from Exec to Senior Manager level
  • Define and execute entire marketing campaigns and activities across relevant channels
  • Take full ownership of all KPIs relating to customer acquisition and retention
  • Establish processes, ways of working, and core KPIs to effectively track performance
  • Help define the brand vision, tone of voice, and positioning – to drive overall experience and long-term recognition.
  • Report directly to the Director.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Close to 8+ years of Growth marketing and/or Performance Marketing, in the D2C segment including managing a large budget
  • Proven experience in growing a D2C top brand across any sector, ideally within a high-growth start-up environment.
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance
  • Comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment, implementing processes where needed
  • Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing
  • Great campaign management
  • Excellent management and leadership experience, driving a team to success and business growth
