Job Overview

This Junior IVF Specialist position is a full-time, fixed-term role based in Kanpur, Guwahati, Roorkee, or Ranchi. The successful candidate must have proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with specific expertise in in vitro fertilization. The role involves applying medical skills in IVF procedures and contributing to the advanced reproductive services offered by Seeds of Innocens.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in in vitro fertilization techniques, with a deep understanding of IVF protocols and practices.
• Capability in ultrasound scanning to monitor reproductive health and guide IVF procedures accurately.
• Experience with ovarian stimulation protocols to enhance fertility treatment outcomes.
• Adept at hormonal evaluation to assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Competent in conducting intrauterine insemination to improve the success rates of fertility treatments.
• Skilled in IVF cycle monitoring, ensuring all stages of the procedure are conducted smoothly and effectively.
• Experience in embryo transfer processes, including handling and transferring embryos safely into the uterus.
• Knowledgeable in genetic counseling to provide patients with informed choices regarding reproductive genetics.
• In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) (Mandatory skill) for executing and optimizing IVF procedures successfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct IVF procedures, including patient consultation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Perform ultrasound scanning to evaluate reproductive organs and track monitoring during fertility treatments.
• Manage ovarian stimulation protocols and adjust medications as necessary for desired outcomes.
• Evaluate hormonal levels to tailor fertility protocols and monitor patient progress.
• Execute intrauterine insemination and embryo transfers, following best practices and protocols.
• Monitor and track the IVF cycle progress, ensuring adherence to medical guidelines and standards.
• Provide genetic counseling related to IVF options, including pre-implantation genetic diagnosis.
• Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient outcomes and research new fertility technologies.
