Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bioinformatician to join our team in South Delhi. This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will contribute to our cutting-edge genetic research and play a key role in analyzing genomic data within our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications and Skills

• A solid understanding and expertise in bioinformatics with a focus on genomic data interpretation and analysis.
• Proficient in NGS data analysis, capable of managing and analyzing next-generation sequencing datasets.
• Experience with variant annotation of genetic data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in identifying genetic variants.
• Strong capability in data visualization to represent complex datasets in a comprehensible and insightful manner.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines and the ability to customize them according to specific project requirements.
• Competence in programming languages such as Python or R for developing and executing bioinformatics algorithms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with effective communication skills to convey complex information.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail to troubleshoot issues and optimize computational processes.
